The software giant has invested $ 100,000 in a start-up coaster that is developing a technology to block copyrighted content on file-sharing network BitTorrent.
The system developed by the Russian company, includes a tool called Pirate Pay from own servers that tracks the network and make connections with customers peer networks, confusing their IPs to achieve disconnection.
The attack on BitTorrent swarms with false information by posing as legitimate peers resulting in orphaned files according to the company, in an effective blockade of downloading pirated material. Continue reading
